Laurel Tree believes in making learning fun, and we offer a one of a kind Here We Grow curriculum…your child will learn through hands on experiences in a variety of subjects, including science, technology, reading, engineering, art and music. Our programs include HighScope® and Handwriting Without Tears® methods that help your child grow in an active learning environment.
We sanitize our facility regularly throughout the day, with multiple health screenings each day including for COVID-19. Access to our center is limited only to staff, parents and children through electronic access codes, and our Lumberton center uses an advanced video surveillance system. We thoroughly screen all of our staff and train them in CPR and first aid.
In addition, you can track your child’s progress throughout the day with the Brightwheel app! Brightwheel is free and easy to use, and we will provide you with private and real time updates on your child’s growth to your mobile device. It’s a great way to stay connected with your child!
When school’s out, have a look at our summer camp program! Our summer camps for children aged 3 to 9 are full of activities for your child. Laurel Tree Academy is licensed by the state of New Jersey to care for children ages six weeks to six years old. We meet (and often exceed) standards established by the Office of Licensing within the NJ Department of Children and Families. In addition to being trained in CPR and First Aid, our staff undergoes 10-20 hours of coursework.
